When I decrease, God increases.

I know why I was the way I was last wk. It's because I've been a selfish brat. Focusing on myself. Thinking of what I want. Everything is just me. And I didn't realise that. Till today.

When we were singing this morning during service I realised that the songs we sang were about God. Praising Him. Not about how bad I am.. and wanting Him to come help us.

Focus on God.

*smacks my own head* I knew that and yet I 4got.. why? Because I have forgotten my first love. And tat was exactly what today's sermon was about. How apt.

It just goes downhill all the way once we focus on ourself and not on Him.

Rejoice in God's love!

Imagine every breath you breathe is from God. How amazing is that. Every breath you take is God nodding and affirming you being alive. Beat that! Whose love can be greater than His?

This morning I woke up a little numb but feeling better (thanks dear). And after service I felt like everything was taken off me. And this is all because of God :)

Thank you for loving me so much that you give me life. Thank you for blessing me with people who love me. Indeed there's no one else like You Lord, Jehovah Shalom, the one who gives me peace. :D

And of cos to all of you.. thanks for the constant love and encouragement!! :)


Well on a lighter note.. Was the ARIAS tonite (Australia's music awards) and Missy Higgins won 5 out of the 7 she was nominated for! Woohoo!! But well although I love her.. The reason why I wrote bout it was mainly because I loved the dresses she wore 2nite!! haha :p but tI only managed to get a pic of her red dress which isn't even of the whole thing.. and can't find the one she was wearing when she was performing. Still.. here's the red one. It'a a knee length dress :)

And it was so darn hot today. And for the first time since I came here.. I wore smth above my knees!! haha like it's such a big deal aye? but yeah still I would love it if there was more wind.. the sun is reeeaalllllyyy hot.. But at least it's not humid. heh so I'm not gona say anyting. Can't wait for Sat. Beach!! Get me a nice golden tan.. haha getting fairer and I feel sick just looking at myself getting fairer :p Ok I'm exaggerating.

P/S: I found out today that the shoeboxes aren't going to Papua New Guinea. They're going to Thailand.. my bad.. heh
