Warped Beauty

Beauty Made Warped

Stop, Look.
What has the world become.
Beauty that once surrounded us.
This beauty that was carefully crafted.
Planted in each spot for us to see, to touch.

Now we engulf it.
No space for it to breathe.
Poisoned by us.
Destroyed by us.
The light at the end of the tunnel never came through.

We've forgotten the simplicity of life.
We've forgotten to embrace.
Have we forgotten THE source of all these beauty?
