The Five People You Meet In Heaven by
Mitch Albom. i like it very very much. And you know what? I realised that i actually caught a bit of the movie based on the book on TV w/o realising it.. i was halfway through the book when i caught it n i was like.. "y is the character's name so familiar.." haha yes yes.. blur me.. wat's new rite?
But yeah.. the part i caught on TV was the part i fell in love with in the book as well. Eddie (the lead) meets the fourth person in heaven, his wife, Marguerite. And Eddie was telling her bout how hard life was after she left. And she said this to him.
"Lost love is still love, Eddie. It takes a different form, that's all. You can't see their smile or bring them food or toussle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it. Life has to end. Love doesn't."I love.. :)
